How often was the previous sentence handed out by villages etc. Does this mean that if someone gets a drunk driving violation in a city or village, they will be subject to fines and sentences from the city or village, plus the township and state? This looks more like a revenue enhancing method rather than a public safety issue. BTW- I don't drink.
