Do the other states in the US have additional insurance cost for the helmatless motorcyclists? Is this a way that the lobbyist infulente our Michigan law makers by adding these types of cost? If Michigan would look into the actual numbers of motorcyclist that die every year in all states I am sure that the helmatless states are no different thin Michigan by percentage of riders. Maybe the drivers that hits a motorcyclists should be the one a pay more insurance after all thats where most motorcyclists get kill.
