This legislaton is an attempt to control our lives and is government over reaching. Whoever wrote it is a bureaucrat and loves bureacracy. We can regulate our lives all the way out of sanity and productivity with these kinds of rules. Michigan already has too much government and people are leaving this state in droves because of it.
