    2011 Senate Bill 535 (Revise certain criminal assessments )

    Introduced in the Senate on June 29, 2011, to include all crimes in a law that imposes assessments on convicted criminals and uses the money to pay for various public-safety related functions

    The vote was 38 in favor, 0 opposed and 0 not voting

     To me this sounds like the administration can misdirect this money to any and all directions to their desire instead of what it is suppose to be intended for..
