    Why is this necessary?  Have there been a rash of drive-by crossbow killings?  Have there been a high incidence of accidents with strung crossbows?  Also, what if a person has a CPL?  Does this mean that it's fine for him/her to carry a loaded .45 on their hip, but can't have a functional crossbow in their trunk?  If there are no good answers to the above questions, then WHY ENACT THIS SILLY BILL?

     Hey (MORON) how do you expect a person to unstrun a cross bow??????If you have any sence you would push for all you (Legislator to go to PART TIME and that would save million of state dollar.
