Well, as we all know, only low income minorities are negatively affected by environmental hazards.  I'm sure glad this bill addresses the grave danger of racist toxins.

I better not say anything...............

Hire more environmentalists to determine who was injured more by environmental violations?  Should this be called "The Full Employment for Government Bureaucrats Bill" or is it just a setup for a Pigford-type reparations slush fund so that "minorities" can get more dollars from the cash-rich Michigan government?

What kind of mind comes up with these absurd schemes??

 This "Representative" must have gone to the Obama socialist/marxist school recently! Newsflash, socialism and social justice don't work, redistributing wealth through the environment will only continue to destroy this economy - of course that's not the Reps concern is it??
