Absolutely not! keep your Mutt at home - its not your kid no matter how you dress it up. How many times have you seen a dog in a parked car while the owner is shopping. Dont you think it would be happier left at home to drink out of the toilet rather than waiting in a hot car ???
Leave it to the State to keep backing off of laws. We just get a statewide no smoking law and they want to relax that. They pass a no burning of stinky ( plastic bags full of styrofoan, chicken bones etc.) garbage law only to rescind it. It goes on and on. Lets go with the MAJORITY rule and stop pandering to the minority of whiners.
