Come on now - what gives the State the right to limit the ownership of pit bulls? The fact is that only a few people breed them to fight - so find the 'criminal' and nail him/her to the cross.
What's next - ban dog's with long hair because folks are allergic to their hair?
My niece has a Pit Bull and I have a Boston Terrier - the Boston Terrier is more fearsome than the Pit Bull. And if you know anything about Boston Terriers - they only bark and never bite.
Let's not waste time and drop this bill ASAP.
