Why not simply restrict the maximum premium for Legislator's health insurance to those proposed for other public employees in House Bill 4572 (Cap government and school employee health benefit costs ) ... those maximum premium cost limits are $5,000 for a single person, $10,000 for a couple and $13,000 for a family plan. What is the justification for providing Legislators with better health plans than other public employees?
