Actually, the bill should require permission for a designated authority to collect a certified copy of all birth information on file at the specified clerk's office . . .thus taking it out of the candidate's hands all together. ALL information in the file is necessary to assure amendments have not been made that either changes any information on the original certificate or, in the case of amendments, all supporting documentation is presented in its entirely. We need no half-measures on this bill. We need the entire problem solved!
