     The whole restriction ought to be repealed.  Leave it to the parents to decide if their teenager is mature enough to have passengers in the car and how many.

    I agree.  More selective elimination of liberty based on the tired "if it saves one life" argument.  Perhaps they should consider outlawing drivers over 75 years old too.

    I think the law should be more direct with inexperienced drivers and I think the law should have different norms for different types of cars. I am about to get my truck driving school Tucson permit and I'd like to see everybody is aware of the real importance of driving correctly on the public roads but unfortunately it's not the case and the fatalities statistics confirm it.
