Hey, I need it and I likely qualify! However, I'm smart enough to know WE DONT HAVE ANY MONEY!!!!! The best thing you could do to help the low income afford their utility bills at this point is to repeal the expensive renewable energy mandates and drill here-drill now!! That wouldnt break the current budget-we'll worry about weatherization if and when we can afford it!
