It's about time someone wanted to make it legal to smoke a legal substance in public. How about private clubs? Want to amend this bill to include that?
So what's your point? Alcohol is a legal substance. Try walking down a public street drinking a beer.
You can walk down a public street and smoke a cigar/cigarette, but you can't drink a beer. Conversley, you can have a beer at a bar, but you can no longer smoke. As long as it's done outside, who cares?
