I love this legislation. My only question is how are people with bridge cards going to get the cash benifits off it? POS only?

    Why bother,

the only part they can use for that already is "cash benefits"

OR are they going to define "no cash from ATM" to include "no cash back from a non ATM purchase?? such as POS??? wouldn't make sense otherwise, but this does not say that, it ONLY excludes ATM withdrawals. am I missing something???

this legislation does not seem to address this, ALL POS sellers currently can and do give cash back for EBT cash benefit part.

I wonder if law makers overlooked this or define ATM to include POS?? (or are just that dim)

Either way, beneficiary's can still trade benefits for booze and cigs, but AT LEAST they won't be slapping us tax payers in the face with it out in public in front of us in line,  AS they do.

How about we drop the "for lottery, tobacco, alcohol" and just leave it at that?

Why this was not included in the use of welfare long ago is hard to believe and should be passed immeadiately.  Unnessary items should never be a part of any welfare program.

AMEND ADOPTION CODE LAWS IN MICHGIAN-- 710.56 (6) ADD-ON

AMEND CODE LAW TO ADD-ON OF -

""EXCEPT IF A CHILD IS ADOPTED BY MATERNAL OR PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS THIS DOES NOT PROHIBIT EITHER GRANPARENT TO VISITATION OF GRANDCHILD IN THE 1ST.DEGREE.""""

THIS NEW CODE AMENDMENT DOES" NOT" INPUT INTO PARENTS RIGHTS. THIS WILL SAVE CHILDREN LIVES, SAVE STATE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS- , MANY STATES HAVE INCLUDED THIS ADD-ON TO ADOPTION CODES -AS A ADD-ON AMENDMENT.

WRITE TO YOUR CONGRSS- DEMAND THAT CHILDS RIGHTS AND BOTH GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS ARE -BEST INTEREST OF CHILD. many states have already done this- michgian has highest -child wlfare-foster taxes-change the law- childs best interest.

    "" AMEND ADOPTION CODE 710.56 (6) ADD-ON

""EXCEPT IF A CHILD IS ADOPTED BY A PATERNAL OR MATERNAL GRANDPARENT THIS DOES NOT PROHIBIT EITHER GRANDPARENT FOR VISITATION OF GRANDCHILD IN 1ST.DEGREE.""""""

#NOTE-1st.degree grandparent -only there by - afterall they have a stepparent right to visit- should have blood grandparents visit.

In my opinion tobacco, alcohol and lottery are flaws that should be taxed heavily. I mean if you're vicious, must afford to be vicious. San Antonio Divorce Lawyer
