 Yes, yes and yes! This is one of the most sensible pieces of legislation I've seen proposed in a long time. Naysayers: What about illegal do you not understand?

A much better solution is to enforce the laws we already have, and push our federal representatives to enact a more workable immigration policy.

 Good idea.   As for " Push our federal representatives-------. LOL  Do you really think this administration will quit trying to buy votes!

Will there be training for local law enforcement on "reasonable suspicion" and protocol?  Are there specific training funds appropriated to MCOLES for the purposes of executing this policy? 

If not, indemnification and enforcement will only incur greater costs and drain precious resources to cash strapped local municipalities.

 It about time you legislator have finly got off your dead asses and passed some kind of legislation to export all those Illegal

that are taking jobs away from our citizen of the USA I just hope the rest of the politician take heart in passing this bill.

I believe there's so much more we can do about it, securing our country's borders should be one of our top priorities. Take a closer look at the investor visas concept, if they would be implemented at a large scale they would make so much more sense.
