     I think that should be extended to 35 years.  Detroit's disgraced ex-mayor is still a young man.  Wink

     When this gets challenged the word "federal" will probably be thrown out by the courts.

    Remember term limits on Federal Elected Officials- court stated state

    cannot impose its laws on a federal position.

     Yes, I believe this should be passed if the person is proved to be completely at fault and was fully aware of what they were doing.

     I notice this bill only prevents them from running for office a second time. They could be convicted of  fraud, theft etc in the public arena and their careers may be shot in that area but they can always run for public office. Is this a great country or what!
