Why has this bill not moved for over a year? I highly support this bill. It gives people, like myself, a second chance in life.

I agree with this bill Introduced by Rep. Andy Coulouris (D) on February 24, 2009, to revise the grounds for seeking to have a criminal record expunged from a person’s record. I also believe that this will give a person a second chance in life if he/she has truly repented and changed.  If this bill had been put on the back burners then it should be brought up again and moved on and passed.  Good job Rep. Coulouris

I agree with this bill because we have Psychopathic people out here that prey on kind and dear people, and will go to the courts and lie, defaming their character and slandering their name, causing them so much grief and pain, and some of these Judges don't care or have no compassion or common sense to see that there is a scheme/conspiracy going on. Many innocent people have been through the rat race, which unfortunately have turned to drugs and alcohol because of an unjust system.

I think this bill is at least a start to help out people who have a misdemeanor or felony conviction. But i still say that to even dub a person with any criminal record is a god hating disgrace. To hold a public record of someones criminal behavior is an abomination and a self righteous, selfish, detestable,  hateful and wicked thing!!   People that want a public record of their neighbors are those that are unjust, they are people who just want to get one up on another person to deprive them of being competitive in the employment world, and it further accuses the person of what they repented of and also torments them, also a record further punishes a person for a multitude of years and creates an extreme hardship for that individual way beyond the courts punishment in prison/probation/fines/costs/ term.  Let them go!!!!  They already paid for their crimes!!!!!
