This needs to pass immediately! This abuse of low-paid home care workers to fill union coffers is a total abouse of power-and, frankly, should be illegal. It uses labor laws to divert part of the paychecks of home care workers to Democratic campaign contributions-witout their informed consent! I believe there should be an in-depth investigation of how this occurred to beging with. It's criminal!
