Yes!! If this were to become law, there would be far less rush to restrict land use for unnecessary and feel-good reasons. The exact same arguement I used when the local greenie wannabe Township zoning idiots tried to tell me my lakefront frontyard was a 'greenway'! Restore the rights to private property in this State-and tell the DNR/DEQ/EPA/Army Corps/Zoning Boards to get the heck off our property.
