So the Office of Children's Ombudsman is now, "allowed" to provide to the Legislative Child Fatality Examiner copy of "suspected child abuse and neglect", with redatction, FOR THE PURPOSE OF A REVIEW OF A CHILD'S DEATH.

    Great.

So, the Office of Children's Ombudsman is now "off the hook" for not referring violations of law to the Attorney General or Counties Prosecutors, or will it become a violation of law if the Legislative Child Fatality Examiner refers suspected violations of law to the Attorney General or Counties Prosecutors, because it was not for the purpose of a review of a child's death?

Oh wait!  The reports are redacted.  State Privately Contracted Fraudfeasors are safe.  Brilliant legislation.  Nice cover-up.

Stop Michigan's multi-billion dollar industry of Medicaid fraud in childwelfare and report fraud to the Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, now.
