 Let me get this straight. Our counties can't afford salt or overtime to plow our roads. There is no money to pave or maintain our existing roads. Yet someone thinks it is a good idea to spend transportation money elsewhere. No wonder this state is losing population. Our legislature is destroying the state. This is just one more reason for people to vote with their feet.

What the heck do you expect?  A politician sees a pot of money, it hasn't ALL been spent on what it was supposed to be spent on, what do you expect him (or her) to do, just leave it to be spent as you were told it would be spent when they collected it?  No no no, money is always to be redistributed, even if it's just from one government pile to another.

Otherwise said, transportation smansportation, we gotta keep spendin' on our other stuff.  See, it's more important stuff, stuff you wouldn't understand, so don't even ask.

Mr. Golzales, you are no more than a financial burden, just like many others like you who continue to take money from one department to fund another that the money was not intended for. You don't care if our cars keep getting trashed because of the poor conditions of the roads. Why don't you care? I'm sure that you don't pay for your own car, but that WE are paying for it, so you don't care if it is trashed because you will just get another new one. Do us all a favor and admit that you cannot do your job. Step down and let someone who is capable and responsible enough that they won't do what you are asking to do with these road funds.

 Why is it that the people elected to insure that the people of this once great state are treated HONESTLY and FAIRLY are constantly doing just the opposite.

Our County Road Commission has been battling budget problems for years and our great leaders want to spend Road money for something else. 

This is unconscionable. 

Michigan transportation infrastructure and service is in poor shape, which certainly impedes economic recovery.  If I am not mistaken, one of the earliest public service projects and responsibilities and commitments American government took on was to develop a viable road and transportation network.  Diversion of funds pre-dedicated for this purpose is reprehensible, and worse.

 I have never seen a more stupid bunch of state officeals in my life they are not doing what they took an oth to do which is for the people, by the people what in the hell ever happened to that!!! You people in lansing are the biggest bunch of asses i have ever seen in my life1  You dont help us you hender us like we are stupid and treat us like dirt under your feet i hope all are voted out of office and that dum ass govener goes back to CANIDA were she belongs.  Stop using money for your own gain and us it for what it is neede for JACK ASSES.
