     Senator Switalski,

Respectfully, this law is a joke.  I have been fighting to amend or repeal this so called "law" since 2006.  Our constitution protects us from double jeopardy.  With the poor financial situation this state is in already, this is laughable, at best, to allow people to pay the initial payment in full.   Don't you get it???  They can't afford it, then they get there drivers license' suspended, etc, etc, etc.  I spoke to Senator Ron Jelenik and Representatives Tyler and Neil Nitz and it just falls on "DEAF" ears  I believe only 3 or 4 other states have this and I believe it was repealed in one state already.  Why don't you do the tax payers a favor and ask to repeal this law??  Political suicide...I know you folks need the money in the general fund to spend the way you like.  By the way, how's your salary and benefits these days?  By the way, please don't talk to me about the "fire fund" that some of this money goes to.    Remember our constituion of the US!!!

    Hey, just another lowly taxpayer,

    Jeanette KIehl

By the way, thinking of moving to Indiana.  I bet they'll appreciate what my husband and I pay in tax.
