It's about time this happens. I don't understand why the $12,000 hasn't been taxed since there is no way of knowing for what the money was spent.
The legislature would be well advised to adopt this as soon as possible and help restore credibility and integrity to the offices to which they have been elected. This is only right and open and long overdue!
