YES! This is awesome--babies need to breastfeed much more often than bottle-fed babies because breastmilk is so easy for the body to absorb, and that means that breastfeeding women are put at a disadvantage if they are anywhere longer than an hour. I remember crouching in a dirty bathroom stall to nurse my newborn--it's disgusting and unsanitary. There are many ways to discreetly nurse a baby in public, and many times the casual observer won't even realize the mother is nursing. This law is very importat and highly welcome.
