Just one more piece of evidence that there is no such thing as a "temporary tax". This legislation was already reprehensible, to extend it and make it permanent is unthinkable. Are we to balance the budget on the backs of the poor, while making it impossible for them to work because their licenses are suspended due to non-payment of fines and fees?
And what about insurance rates for these folks? When are you social engineering Democrats going to eliminate that barrier to the poor?
