    2009 House Bill 4920 (Close gap in repeal of drug “lifer law” )

    Introduced in the House on May 12, 2009, to make certain prisoners eligible for probation who committed crimes before March 1, 2003 under the former “drug lifer law” mandatory sentencing provisions

    The vote was 109 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 not voting

     IF THIS BILL IS NOT PASSED THE STATE OF MICHIGAN IS GOING DOWN HILL. IT WONT BE NO RETURN. THIS IS WHERE ALL OF THE TAXES PAYERS MONEY GO AND THEY YOU WANT TO RASIE OUR TAXES AGAIN . THATS CRAZY. IF THE INMATES HAS SHOWN REFORM LET THEM GO. STOP WASTING MY MONEY.
