We must had Dumb and Dumber in the Statehouse! Let me get this straight: you want to tax doctors on gross revenues at the same time you under-reimburse them for Medicare/Medicaid! We must be actively trying to discourage doctors from practicing in Michigan! Or maybe we're trying to force them to unionize-under SEIU?

Increasing taxes is the wrong way to go! Doctors already have a huge revenue problem and this will just make it worse. The fact that Obamacare is yet another monstrosity and more taxes is just plain ludicrous!
