    2009 Senate Bill 323 (Authorize tax break for Troy parking garage )

    Introduced in the Senate on March 4, 2009, to authorize a brownfield tax credit for the developer of the "Troy Pavilions" project on the former K-Mart headqaurters property in Troy

    The vote was 37 in favor, 0 opposed and 0 not voting

    I remember when a tax break for A SPECIFIC business was considered CORUPTION!


    Now our lawmakers routinely violate the "EQUAL Protection under the Law" part of our US Constitution to approval from way too many well meaning, but WRONG special favors to overcome their EXCESSIVE Taxation! .
