The one issue has nothing to do with the other. This whole idea of tying up a person's right to drive legally based on something totally unrelated is not only bad lawmaking: it shows an overweaning tendancey toward totalitsrian governance and needs to be rejected out of hand. So, you find someone guilty of buying for a minor, fine him and take away his right to drive to work to pay the fine. Is this dumb or what?
