     How about getting rid of billboard laws.  More unnecessary restrictions on commerce in Michigan.

    No exemptions.  Just ban billboards altogether and Michigan will be a far more attractive place.

     I also find the signs in front of businesses offensive, they are sooo ugly, all those colors that don't belong there and everything.  Come to think of it, it sure would be nice if there were just trees and grass where those ugly businesses stand.  I suggest we pass a law that makes all businesses build underground facilities and cover the area with grass and trees.  Government buildings would be exempt of course.

    Rep. Green, under Rule 31, made the following statement:

    “Mr. Speaker and members of the House:

    I did not vote on Roll Call No. 329 because of a possible conflict of interest.”
