     Why not revise the definition fo firearm, too?  BB and pellet guns fall under the definition of "firearm" if they have a rifled barrel, and most of them do.

     because it has a folding stock does not make it a pistol, the gun is not inteded or designed to be shot from one hand, if it has a stock on it its a rifle,the folding stock is intended for storage,  This bill is pretaining to a signaling device( flare gun)???
