The Michigan State lottery has extra money that they don't know what to do with it, while the schools are screaming for money? Ontonagon just (stupidly, in my opinion) voted for a millage increase for the school! And there's an excess in the state lottery? They are going to invest it in state bonds? In other words, the lottery will be loaning the state money! Wow! Now THAT's really a safe investment! (NOT!) Check out the party that started this! And apparently a majority followed, as the bill passed!
