Better yet -- disallow all of the state department agencies from creating any rules. the DNR, the DEQ, the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration and all other bureaucratic agencies were not elected by the people and therefore should not hold the authority to create rules, fines, fee's etc., Only those who have been voted into office by the people should be allowed to have such authority -- not some nameless, faceless bureaucrat or bureaucracy.
