Oh, I guess Sen. Michael Switalski (D) now wants us to save our pennies so that we can use them in the vending machines to pay the six cents on the dollar (whatever the dollar is worth now) to pay for that .95 cent candy bar. When do these tax and spenders ever stop. Can we tax these representatives who dream up these nonsense bills?
