So if the job is to load materials onto a truck, and the man can lift 50 pounds per trip, and the woman is only required to load 25 pounds per trip, at the end of the day the man loads twice as much product as the woman, but the woman is paid the same even though her production is half? Does it apply to the weight of fire hoses, ladders, etc? This 'proposed' law is ridiculous.
