    Rep. Agema, having reserved the right to explain his protest against the passage of the bill, made the following statement:

    “Mr. Speaker and members of the House:

    All these bills give the MEDC more responsibility. It is already an agency that can’t effectively run and spend it’s money. It needs to be eliminated.”
