     This should apply to all district administrative employees who have an "administrative contract" as defined by Michigan law.  The scope of coverage would not be dramatically increased, however it would be fair.

     Oh -- what a wonderful idea!  Let's find another means to cost the State (taxpayer)  more in collective bargaining.  After all -- the unions have only helped to bring Michigan to its knee's.  Just look how well the main-stay domestic auto companies have done!

    Just think how it will benefit a school district trying to rid themselves of incompetent principals.  While your at it -- why don't you also give them free legal aid and pet care insurance.  Might as well ask for the moon.  Public educators already violate the law against having strikes at the taxpayers expense.  So -- why not add more to the pile of taxpayer burdens.
