    If I understand this bill revision correctly then the ignition interlock device would only allow them to go to work, school or a treatment center.  Do we have the technology avalable to do such a thing?  How would the device know in advanced where the person was going? 

    Being able to prevent someone from driving if they are drunk would be a great deterant to accidents and potential deaths but at what cost to freedom as a whole? Individuals who abuse their freedom should have consequences but where do we draw line?
