    2009 House Bill 4264 (Extend historic preservation tax break “carryforwards” )

    Introduced in the House on February 17, 2009, to make a technical clarification of the tax ramifications when rehabilitated property for which a historic rehabilitation credit was granted is sold within five years after the credit was claimed

    The vote was 109 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 not voting

    Rep. Lahti, under Rule 31, made the following statement:

    “Mr. Speaker and members of the House:

    I did not vote on Roll Call No. 148 because of a possible conflict of interest.”
