There is nothing more cold, thoughtless, unconstitutional, or unconscionable then taking away an individuals home and property because they did not pay their propery taxes. Especially now in Michigans dismal economical condition. Until the property tax is eliminated, Americans will never really own their home and property, which is one of the main reasons this country was established.
