Reduce the price for a change? Barcia you finally might have come up with a good idea, unless you want to charge a surtax by the pound for fish or game to capture the "lost" Revenue.
Any way that you can get more people out into the fields, lakes, streams etc for some good clean honest fun, particularly for the parents that will be involved with their kids sounds like a good plan to me.
I am all for reductions of fees of any kinds.
