     Hooray! It's about time! But why just for 2009 and 2010? But these are tough times and everyone knows that government is running as efficient as possible and no programs etc may be cut and raises must be given, therefore I don't feel this bill stands a chance.

     it is truly time for the government to cut expenses to the bone. cut useless, wasteful social programs. cut government interference programs. cut all programs that deprive citizens of their rights. if all these cuts are made, this state will be running at an incredible surplus in no time, with tax rebates for all.
