    Rep. Agema, having reserved the right to explain his protest against the passage of the bill, made the following statement:

    “Mr. Speaker and members of the House:

    This bill does not adequately deal with what mentally ill means. It’s not defined in the bill.”

     rep. agema.

    that's probably because this bill deals with the terminally ill, not the mentally ill.
