What an outstanding piece of legislation! How can anyone argue against spending transparency? We have the right to know how our money is being spent.
yes, we do have the right to know, but so far, we haven't. obviously 'we the people' aren't that important to those who spend our money.
PASS THIS BILL AND I will bet these districts will stop wasting money; of coursr there is no one at the state level doing any real auditing. It's like asking the chicken hawk to watch the chickens.
