How many times does this have to be said?? REPEAL THIS HORRIBLE LAW COMPLETELY NOW!!! This was never about "driver responsibility". It was another way to rob the citizens of this once great state.

This bill has proven to be an attack on the poor and underprivlege, who already can't afford rising cost of auto insurance and any fines to their already strapped income. This is a double jeopardy bill that fines you twice for one offense.
