I hope that Rep. Bruce Patterson will receive many co-sponsor to Senate Concurrent Resolution 4 -  affirming Michigan's
sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and that it will be unanimously passed.  There are many states throughout the nation introducing similar resolutions to stop the Federal Government from its constant violations of the 10th Amendment.

Most certainly this should be passed but it is frightening that we need it.

Yes, this bill should pass.  The federal government continues to burden the states with unfunded mandates while encroaching on the rights of citizens.  Something must be done to stop the feds.

    Bravo!

The people have the right to peaceably assemble, to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for redress of greivance.
