     What business is it of the state to find out the ethnic background of an aborting mother?  Even though I do not believe in abortion I have no right to force by beliefs upon another.  What concerns me more about this bill is that it especially mandates reporting if the mother is of Hispanic origin.  Is this how Rep. John Espinoza (D) views equity?  Sig Heil!

     it would appear, inform, that the government simply wishes to create a list of the ethnicity of the recipients of abortions. this is the same thinking as creating a list of gun owners. seemingly harmless, unless you are on the list.

    The following video was sent to me.  It needs to be viewed, even if you have to do it in spurts.     So, is this eugenics or miscengenation policy?

    What purpose is served by reporting the Hispanic ethnicity of a woman who has had an abortion? This bill certainly needs an explanation by it's author.

     I don't know what the purpose is but Representative Espinoza is trying to make a lifetime of government employment by running for Senate when he is termed out next year.  He must see some sort of advantage in this bill helping him get elected but for the life of me I don't understand it.  It can't please the right to lifers or the pro choicers.
