    I agree.   

    Let's also understand that studying foreign languages enriches our understanding and strengthens our command of English.

     simple solution. every student who wishes to take a foreign language class must pass a proficiency test for english first.

    that way, no students who haven't the slightest idea of what the teacher is talking about will be clogging up the learning process.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

    Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.

     keep your powder dry.
