     I see that the good Rep. Jackson subscribes to the "May-I-zee-you-pepers-pleez!" philosophy.

    Just swipe the individuals card, look at the picture and make a determination if the person holding the license is the person it really belongs to. It's not really that hard.

    Why make a time-consuming process, that much more difficult?

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

    Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.
