so, in other words, dipweed, you STILL haven't found my answers, and IF YOU HAVE then you can't comprehend them.
i'm glad you are so omnipotent that you can CHANGE THE MEANING of words of a language you don't even speak, while having definate problems with the one you ARE SUPPOSED TO SPEAK.
at least you were man enough to admit that you were once again wrong.
i'll bet you googled "uber-liberal" and got some left wing sight that steered you in the wrong direction.
typical.
as for your feeble attempt at wit.. it was SO feeble, that i dismissed the idea of it being intentional, as no one with any wits at all would be so childish and lame.
i must say, your rantings and ravings are providing much entertainment at the old internet cafe. especially since it's so easy to yank your chain.
Try to stay focused...................
Can you stay focused in between tantrums ????
Answer the question..............
Conservativism is dead, republicans have been defeated locally, nationally and State wide.
Why?

Ummm can you make a BIGGER fool out of yourself??
You obviously DONT speak any additional languages. I do, you dont , its that simple and that is why I know that you dont. Not every "direct" translation of a word has the same meaning. That YOU did not know this says alot.
Your playing with the big boys now and you cant hang.
I am goin out and help the economy by spending some money, you can do the same by going to your walmart job in the morning.

i wonder what you do that earns you money. you list yourself as an EX-DEMOCRAT. i didn't think that being a socialist paid that well.
come on, lib boy.. wassamatta, can't hang???
or are you too anxious to go play with the big boys to answer MY questions???

hey dipweed...
what language do you speak where people don't say what they mean? certainly not german... germans are very precise about their language and are proud of the fact that they have words, or combinations of words that cover everything they can think of just as precisely.
now, whatever made you think that when UBER-LIBERAL took the monicer, that he meant anything other than OVER LIBERAL?
must be that great michigan public education showing up again. i don't think that you can muster up enough brain cells to speak one language much less two.
so far you haven't impressed me with your command of the english language, i'm certainly not going to take your word for it that you speak several others. better luck next time,
r.i.t.v.b.
that stands for REPUBLICAN IN THE VOTING BOOTH. which is probably the harshest insult i can give you.

your union public school teachers must be so proud of you. you didn't absorb the lessons that they taught you. but alas, it might not be your fault. as the union assures the mediocre a place in our public schools. it COULD be that they were simply not very good teachers, and they might not have known any better themselves. being proud to come from a unionized public school is a very bad sign especially since the school system you are so proud of is among the last in the nation.
your unionized parents didn't have to struggle hard to educate you, all they had to do is wake you up at the appropriate time and have you out on the street corner. a bus with a union driver took you to school, more than likely a SHORT bus, in your case.
you didn't have to struggle in school, as social promotion was most certainly a factor in your education. you were taught to pass a leap test, or some other 'standardized' test because your school system wasn't very successful in teaching you what you needed to know, so they placed undue importance on a 'standardized test' to give themselves an artificial performance rating higher than the sum of the knowledge they have imparted to you.
after that, if you did attend any higher education, it was at a public college. standards were 'slackened' and electives were brought to the fore. degrees were granted in subjects not necessary to day to day life in the world of business. in other words, you were allowed to "skate" through that too. now, i'm sure, being the good little liberal that you are, you made a federal student loan, on which you quickly defaulted.
as for a job, after a short while on the public dole, you found yourself 'introduced' to the union rep, signed up to the union, sponsored by your father and a few other union relatives, and lo and behold, you quickly found yourself working. once again, mediocrity reigned in your life, as unions don't promote EXCELLENCE, they only preserve mediocrity.
you have been lead to believe that studying something for a few semesters and attempting to do it leads to mastery of it. so you firmly believe that since you took spanish for two years way back when, and haven't spoken a word of it since, you are fluent in spanish. the same about german.
your parents couldn't have spoken a foreign language to you as a child, as that would have made you seem 'un-american' and thus, not worthy of union membership. your "mastery" of several languages is a mere figment of your imagination.
you are too afraid to move to a foreign country, for fear that such mastery would have to be ably demonstrated, so you are kept at arms distance from your deepest longing, to move to a socialist country and labor under the prolitariat yoke.
you are also too afraid of having to show mastery of logic, mathematics, and science. all subjects at which the europeans seem to excell. they do not accept mediocrity as easily as we do. so you tenaciously stay in a place that you have repeatedly spoken of as inferior to all those places you are too afraid to go.
you won't even drive across the bridge and get a 'workers apartment' in winsor. why not? don't you trust that the queen and her parliament have your best interests at heart when they take over half of your pay to line their coffers? of course not. you don't even trust your 'FELLOW TRAVELLERS" IN YOUR OWN PARTY. you profess to be a leftist, but you also openly confess to vote conservative.
you profess to be a leftist, but you cast your lot with the losing side because you couldn't bring yourself to face your prejudices. the very idea of a woman, and a CLINTON WOMAN, no less, terrified you to the core. as did the idea of a black man, part muslim, having control of the very seat of government. what prejudices you must harbor. what hatred for the leftists who betrayed you by putting these two WINNERS up for your vote.
how do you look yourself in the face? how do you face your 'fellow travellers' each day? how do you tell your union rep that you voted MCCAIN?
you must be scorned in the lunchroom, sitting all by yourself. tell me, did you put a mccain sticker on your hard hat? probably not. you haven't the stomach for it.
i hope you enjoyed your drinks, all alone, scorned by your party, scorned by my party, alone in your convictions. wrong at every turn. i just hope you didn't get yourself beaten up because you mouthed off to some non-union farmer who is truly working instead of just skating by.
now, dipweed, for the facts as we know them.
1. you can't spell, a vaunting testimony to your dedication to learning, and the dedication to learning shown by the teacher's union here in michigan.
2. you haven't listed which languages you speak fluently, so i must take it that there aren't any. lying to bolster your self esteem is a skill taught in public schools. sorry it wasn't english, or spelling, or grammar, in whatever language.
3. you fear having to actually perform a viable function. you fear performance. so you don't answer questions that will give your mediocrity away. a reasonable response for an uneducated coward.
4. looking at a narrow strip of michigan and assuming that it is the entire world is elitist, another skill they teach you in unionized public schools. along with ignoring any facts with which you don't agree. the truth be damned, pass the test, win the arguement, advance the leftist agenda.
did you ever wonder why only certain jobs have unions? there is no farmer's union. because there is no need for one. every farmer is anti-union. why ? because it's HIS farm, run HIS way. neighbors may HELP him, but none will RULE OVER him. no one is going to tell him how to run his farm. he may lose it or he may not, but it will be by his sweat and effort either way, not by the choice of some union.
there is no doctor's union. nor is there a lawyer's union. you have to make the grade by the sweat of your brow and the sharpness of your wits. nothing else will help you. you can be as rich as you want, money alone will not make you either.
i know that stringing all these words together hurts your head, so i wil stop listing your many faults and allow you to go back to your hangover.
take heart, maybe the 'mob rule' you love so dearly will one day give you the social status in the socialist party you so fervently hope for. but i for one hope it's in another country.

Ok on to bigger and better minds.
As we have seen a "conservative" republican cannot hold a discussion because.............
it lacks an adequate education.
Is easily frustrated,
has tantrums,
loses focus on the issue of the thread,
resorts to name calling,
consistantly changes the subject,
(and here's a suprise).....lies and embelishes.
whines and cries and gets increasingly angry when shown up.
Acts like a grade schooler, b*tching about typos but is the biggest offender.
(Its ok to make them but not to b*tch about it then make them yourself & look like a fool)
Not surprisingly EACH of these items have been demonstrated by the feeble minded "conservative" in this very thread.
ie. TWENTY friends happened to "pop" by huh?? LOLOLOLOLOL
You were correctly identified a while ago as a hinderance to this blog.
Time to move on to someone with something relevant to say.
Pity some have nothing to say in defense of their own positions, but when your positions are so indefensible I suppose it is common for the "conservative" to whine about people with REAL ideas.
Faux news comes to mind.
Oh its called an IP address, so the next time you want to create sock puppets so you can agree with yourself, make sure you do it with someone stupider than you are. AND that is gonna be hard to do.

so, now you consider the american medical association and the american bar association to be UNIONS???
boy, your stupidity is really running rampant.
unlike the teamsters union, or the ironworkers union, or the automakers union, you have to be either a doctor or a lawyer to join not the other way around..
simply paying dues won't do it.
the a.m.a. or the a.b.a. won't help you keep your job. in fact, both have been instrumental in many doctors and lawyers LOSING their jobs and their accreditation.
but i'm glad you consider both of those organizations UNIONS, as they are chock full of rich REPUBLICANS. and quite a few RICH DEMOCRATS WHO OPPOSE RE-DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH.
neither has a LOCAL, neither has a POLITICAL WING and neither gets involved with elections other than their own. unlike YOUR unions.
i guess next you'll try to tell us that the MASONS are the STONECUTTERS UNION.
how much KOOL-AID did you drink last night??

so, dear trueblue,
where are YOUR facts?
you haven't supplied any. all you do is copy and paste the same statement over and over. by the way, YOU have also been identified as the person we used to call >carrot-top<.
see, I.P. addresses work both ways.
now, i'm sure that the people who run this site are quite satisfied with my posts, as i have not, as of yet, been asked not to post here. but YOU have, several times. and each time, you come back as a more obnoxious version of the twit you were before.
now, seeing as since all you have found is the I.P. address of the internet cafe, and SEVERAL people here post to this site, some using the same computer, you don't have a clue what you are talking about. now, the owner of this site is also very satisfied with what we posters do on this site, as we also help him pay his bills.

okay, if by ON TO BIGGER AND BETTER MINDS, you mean you are going to stop posting, then i say a hearty AMEN.
YOU started this thread, and were quickly called to task for it. you have since succeeded in whining and wheedling, never answering questions, and never REALLY making a point, other than making a point of being obnoxious.
so, dipweed, what IS your point?
you don't know, do you? of course you don't. you have none, other than the point on the top of your head.
detroit and flint keep democrats in office in this state. they have the worst schools, the worst crime rate, and the worst living conditions. they have the highest unemployment and the highest union population. they rank in the top three, with the city of flint having a higher murder rate than the state of delaware.
now, if THIS is what your blessed socialism will get us, no thank you. but you are certainly welcome to it.
you also list chicago as a base of operations. what does chicago have to do with michigan? nothing other than crooked democrats in charge.
again, you win the "i can't pick a city" contest.
you also win the "I'll bet I can make the most stupid assumptions in one day" contest.
congratulations. by not answering questions you have proven beyond doubt that you don't have the information requested.
by standing on your little soap box and acting an ass, you have proven that you have no idea why you do it, but if the union guy sez to do it, you just do it or they break your legs.
the history of your party is not a pretty one. from the sale of a senator's seat to the highest bidder, to the shenanigans of bill and shrillary clinton. by the way... has she EVER given back those F.B.I. files?
thank you for exposing yourself for the dipweed that you are. au revoir.

”statewide... our representatives are republican, and
they are STILL republican, with an extra seat or two being added in our
area.
Ho-hum. Surely
this cannot refer to Michigan, despite the fact that this is the MichiganVotes
web site and forum. Maybe it is more wishful thinking from someone incapable of separating fiction from reality? Inability to do research? Or just another outright fabrication from a compulsive liar?
(Don't bother posting an answer. Most of us know which it is already.)
Fact is, in the last election (November 2008) the Democrats
picked up two Michigan seats in the US House of Representatives. The Congressional delegation from
Michigan now is made up of 2 Democratic Senators (clean sweep for the Dems,
there), 8 Democrat Representatives and 7 Republican Representatives.
In Michigan’s State House of Reps, the Democrats widened
their majority by 8 additional seats in the November 2008 election. Democrats now hold a 67-43 majority.
Republicans held their 21-17 obstructionist majority in the
Michigan Senate. (Their bright spot in state elections, since one of the incumbent red conservative idealogues on the Michigan Supreme Court also got ousted by a challenger.)
And we still await a coherent answer to the question:
”Conservativism is dead, republicans have been
defeated locally, nationally and State wide.
“Why?”

dear >carrot-top<
i'm still waiting for your evidence that it IS dead.
no, republicans are not in the majority in the house, but all my representatives ARE republican. and all my local politicians ARE republican. what more can i ask for. in my area of the state, conservatism is alive and well and doing just fine.
maybe in YOUR area, detroit and flint, they aren't. but i don't care about YOUR representatives, only mine.
now, as for research, i'd say that a 21-17 OBSTRUCTIONIST MAJORITY in the senate is proof that conservatism is by no means dead. i'd also have to say that unless, and until the vote count is 110 to 0, and 37 to 0, then conservatism is certainly not dead.
by the way, in my area, the vote count is two to nothing, 100% conservative. and the local count is also 100% conservative.
a far cry from dead. now, do your research and tell the truth. conservatism has simply lost the majority in the mansion and the house. the supreme court has suffered a small setback, which may effect some of the liberal legislation your party plans on putting forward, but i'm not too terribly worried about that. your ilk doesn't like to send such things to court, the judges you put forward are far too capricious.
now, i would challenge you to prove that conservatism is dead. i have given you ample proof that it is not.
good luck, dipweed.

hey sanemichigander/trueblue.
", unlike you have been honest to myself and my principles and that includes my protest vote for McStupid."
it takes GUTS to admit to voting for the opposition party in simple protest in support of your prejudices. how DARE the democrat party put a woman and a black muslim on the ticket? what is a shining example of white supremacy supposed to do but protest and vote for the only white guy in the race?
how honest can you claim to be when you PROFESS YOURSELF A LIBERAL SOCIALIST, YET YOU VOTE CONSERVATIVE CAPITOLIST?
now, how is lying to yourself in any way to be considered HONESTY?
how pissed were you to vote for the other side? you must have voted on EMOTION AND RHETORIC, and NOT voted on principle. what principle, especially SOCIALIST PRINCIPLE could possibly convince you to betray your core beliefs?
tell me, was voting for a nutless wonder, or a schwatzer THAT bad? it must have been, your principles wouldn't let you do it.

hey carrot top et al.
just sitting here amongst a few laughing friends, rolling on the floor at your previous posts. i too am curious as to what made you switch sides once you got behind the curtains in the voting booth.
i know why I changed, and if you've read my posts, you know too, which means you DON'T know... maybe if you ask nicely i'll tell you.
now, i not only switched sides in protest, but i switched parties. i no longer consider myself a liberal, but have risen above, and become a conservative. in fact, some around here tell me that i'm well on my way to being libertarian. now, what liberal can look his fellow pinko in the face and admit that he DIDN'T SUPPORT THE CAUSE? don't you miss the fact that you weren't PART OF HISTORY?
can you look at your grandchildren one day and say "I voted against the first black liberal president".
oh, and by the way... just in case you are wondering... i'm using CRAZYCAJUN'S COMPUTER... but before YOUR paranoia kicks into overdrive, we don't take our coffee the same way.
i take mine pure, and he drinks coffee and chicory. he has it "imported" from new orleans. it's really not bad, but i have to have SOMETHING to disagree with him about. now, i'm sure you liked the story about my brother, but unlike YOUR story, mine is true.
i still have a few liberal friends who have not totally disowned me because i'm a conservative, but they are getting to be fewer and fewer, not because they are leaving, but because i am CONVERTING THEM OVER TO THE CONSERVATIVE WAY OF THINKING.
now, assume what you will, kind sir, but know this. i agree with CRAZYCAJUN because he is RIGHT, not because i am him or he is me.
but we have all agreed here that you and sanemichigander are one in the same. just a hunch, mind you, but a good one.
now, my coffee is getting cold. you have a nice day.
i'm gonna let cajun type some more... later.

I really dont care. But at least you admit its the same computer.
I dont know what or who a carrot top is.
I dont care about your coffee. I care about America, and as a US ARMY VET and as an American it is my job to VOTE.
Thats correct I did not vote for Obama, both of them (Obama and McStupid) were bad choices.
If you want to defend Obama thats your business. I am an American first and my VOTE is my own.
Heres the difference. I voted for McStupid as a protest vote you voted for him because you thought he was right.
Thats the difference.
Just like alot of other republicans that voted for their principles that caused them to switch for their own reasons.
If you believe in an evil bankrupt ideology like conservativism, that is your right and your misfortune.
You will find that I dont bullzhit, because I dont need to. I am honest to myself and to the world.
If I say it, its true...............BLUE !

dear >carrot-top<
i have a hard time believing anything you say. why?
you lied to yourself, in fact you are STILL lying to yourself.
now, i don't know why you entered the army, as service to this country implies that you have definite REPUBLICAN IDEAS. unlike the ideals of the democrats/liberals who believe that all power is in the people, not in the SUPERIOR OFFICERS ABOVE YOU.
your sacrifice is duly noted, and appreciated. even though i don't see a man of SOCIALIST PRINCIPLES joining our armed services.
i don't defend obama, i just bring to light the fact that he is one of the most liberal people in government today, and for you, a liberal socialist to not vote for him is smacking of dishonesty. it would be like ME voting for SHRILLARY.
now, for conservatism being a BANKRUPT way of thinking and acting, it must have been a damn sight better than that smelly old liberalism you so adroitly rebelled against.
for somebody who's philosophy has triumphed in the white house, you sure seem pissed about who's in the president's chair. your mean streak is showing from a mile away. (or is that just racism/sexism rearing it's ugly head??? hmmm)
now, i don't think that too much you have said over the last few days is true at all, in fact, i don't think ANY of it is. so i'll refer to you/yours as TRUEFALSE for a while, just to see if the name sticks.

Its not hard to figure out for any intelligent person, that I was true to myself.
Its also quite obvious that you know I voted for McStupid because I told you.
The only liar around here is you trying to use other screen names and claiming its not you even after being caught.
Your child-like mentality, while typical of conservatives, is getting really boring.
Your going to have to engage people with "smarts" to keep their interest. You have just been a simpleton and a big distraction.
Yep, what I say is true.....BLUE !! ( and everyone can see it) (and your blatant lies too)
You might want to stop, you've made yourself look like a huge fool .

”… PROFESS YOURSELF A LIBERAL SOCIALIST, YET YOU VOTE
CONSERVATIVE CAPITOLIST?”
I just love fortuitous and revealing spelling errors,
whether they come of Freudian slips or wayward typing fingers!
The only “capitolists” I know are red neocons obsessed with
gaining political power and establishing a centralized totalitarian government and state. We’re kissing some of them good-bye
(and we hope, good riddance) this month, thanks in part to enlightened voters, and in other part to the established progression
of things. We’ve made sure clones won’t step in, thanks to last November’s elections.
I do know many capitalists, and am one myself. I generally like and even admire
honest, upright capitalists. But –
and this is the old fashion conservative part of my nature at work -- they do
have to earn my trust, good will, respect and admiration, as individuals. They do that by behaving honestly,
civilly, and with a well developed sense of civic responsibility.
Oh, we may not always see exactly eye-to-eye on the details
of how to resolve specific issues.
But we actually do share core values in respect to living and civic
matters. As a result, we usually
can come to terms on things, after some give and take and honest
discussion. Call that “engaging in politics,” in the honorable sense of
the phrase.
Of course the red neocon capitolists have made it tough on
capitalists of modest means like me, while manipulating the system to line
their fat-cat cronies’ and their own pockets. Their antics of recent years have sadly diminished my own
net worth.
The red neocon capitolists also have diminished once
constitutionally protected civil rights of ordinary citizens, as the paranoia and
pessimistic insecurity of tyrants always leads them to do. That is a greater loss than material
wealth. It slashes right at the
core of my beloved United States of America’s true greatness.
But being a good old true blue American patriot (Air Force
vet, conscientious voter-taxpayer, active tyrant-gooser) with good old
red-blooded American values, I’ll keep working, see the mess created by the red
neocon capitolists through, and come out OK in the end. Negativism and obstructionism will be
overcome. Optimism will prevail,
as it always has over the long haul in American history.
BTW, I voted for optimism last November. And you can rest assured that my X was
not placed in the box for same-old-same-old.

how can lying to yourself be considered being 'true' to yourself.
now being true to yourself also extends to being 'true' to others.
